Lovey has a lot of love to give and it not stingy with it. He has been with us for a little over two and a half weeks and has settled into a routine just fine. This mild mannered guy enjoys the company of his humans, snuggling on the couch, napping in bed or just chillin’ outside to keep us company. He is great with cats and other dogs, and even kiddos! He is a medium energy boy who loves to go on walks, play fetch and tug o’ war. He loves playing chase and wrestling with his doggy friends. He is good in the car, doesn’t mind getting a bath, walks well on a leash, isn’t a big barker and is crate trained and housebroken. What more could you want? Give this special guy a forever home, he will not disappoint you!

Forte has been with us in foster for awhile, so his adoption fee will be LOWERED or WAIVED to the most appropriate home for him.
We have had Forte in our program for over two years now, and we do not know why. He deserves a home more than anything. He is great with all people, and gets a little excited upon first meeting new people, but is awesome once he settles down and knows he is safe.
Forte would be a great guard dog or police training type dog, as he is EXTREMELY intelligent. He is crate and house trained, and will even do a few tricks for some good treats. He has the most gentle soul and would love an active household.
Forte is a super fun, 2/3 year old beautiful German Shepherd/ Retreiver mix. He is cat friendly and dog friendly for the most part, but he can be selective with some male dominant playmates. He does great with submissive dogs or small dogs that he can boss around. He is playful with his foster brother and sisters. His favorite game is to run and hope his doggo friends chase him.
Forte loves meeting new humans and to explore new environments. Forte is an excellent boy ready for adoption— get your hands on this adorable pup today!
